The Springs Resort, a renowned luxury destination in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, is seeking a Spa Experience Coordinator. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our luxurious spa facilities, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring all spa areas, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and common areas, are clean, organized, and meet resort standards
* Replenishing towels, robes, and amenities for guest use and maintaining inventory levels
* Assisting with the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms, ensuring they are prepared for each guest
* Providing guests with tours of the spa facilities and explaining available services, promoting a relaxing and enjoyable experience
* Maintaining a calm and peaceful atmosphere by managing the cleanliness and appearance of all spa areas
* Assisting with laundering towels, robes, and other linens as needed
* Providing excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and requests in a timely manner
* Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of wet areas such as saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs, ensuring proper hygiene standards are followed
* Supporting therapists and spa staff with any additional requests or tasks as needed to enhance the guest experience

* Ability to multitask and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
* Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
* Ability to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa

The Springs Resort offers a range of benefits, including free rentals for ski equipment, tubes, kayaks, and paddleboards, as well as discounts on rafting and Hot Air Balloon rental. You will also receive a $300 Experiential Fund and a $200 housing stipend.
