Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling booth space and sponsorships for our major annual tradeshow in the Building and Construction market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue goals by generating new sales ideas and researching new markets and trends.
- Prospect for new business through various sources, including industry publications, websites, and competitive shows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued service and satisfaction.
- Prepare customized business proposals for potential and existing clients.
- Customize sponsorship and booth space offerings to meet the needs of clients.
- Provide accurate sales projections and forecasts.
- Maintain and update sales databases.
- Collaborate with show management to develop creative sales messages and marketing promotions.
Requirements:
- Preferred: Tradeshow-specific sales experience.
- Creative, charismatic, and energetic individual with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and sales database management knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Team-focused, collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with exhibitors and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a fast learner with exceptional customer service skills.
