Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at the Kittery Premium Outlets in Maine. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Achieve or exceed personal sales goals as established by the Store Manager
    • Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with actual or potential customers
    • Capture all CRM data in accordance with Company guidelines
  • Product Knowledge and Merchandising
    • Develop a complete knowledge of the merchandise and maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment
    • Merchandise product in accordance with Company guidelines
  • Store Operations
    • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager
    • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed

Requirements

  • Strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open availability and flexibility to work according to the needs of the business
