Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the energy industry. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the demand response and smart grid sectors.
Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with industrial and commercial clients, understanding their energy needs, and presenting innovative solutions that drive revenue growth and enhance sustainability.
Key responsibilities will include lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, as well as participating in industry events and seminars to stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and technologies.
As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Requirements include a proven track record in sales success, knowledge of ERCOT energy and ancillary service markets, and 5+ years' experience in relevant sectors such as demand response, electrical systems, or power generation.
