Homeless Intervention Coordinator

Changing Homelessness, Inc. is dedicated to ending homelessness and improving the lives of vulnerable populations. We are seeking a skilled Homeless Intervention Coordinator to join our team.
The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $47,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Homeless Intervention Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency services for literally homeless clients, preparing clients for intake, and assisting them through the intake process.
You will also be responsible for entering data into the various databases and systems in a timely manner, transporting clients as appropriate for housing search and access to other community resources, and working a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the client, agency, and programs within the grant.
The ideal candidate will have an associate degree from a related field or equivalent work experience, a clean 3-year driving history, and a valid driver's license. You will be required to pass a Level II background check and a federal-level drug screen.
