As a Therapeutic Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing activity programs that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our patients.

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary care team to assess patient needs, design individualized activity plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This role requires strong assessment and treatment planning skills, as well as effective communication with patients, families, and care teams.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Music Therapy, Art Therapy, or a related field. Relevant certification, registration, and/or licensure in your designated degree field per national and state practice requirements are also essential.
