Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will work closely with a BCBA supervisor to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and community settings.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver in-home and community-based interventions using evidence-based ABA techniques.
  • Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
  • Communicate effectively with behavior analysts, coordinators, and family members.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete daily progress notes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (high school diploma required).
  • RBT credential preferred (willingness to obtain within 30 days accepted).
  • Experience working with children, autism, or ABA a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.
