Position Title: Senior Operations Executive

Division President

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Operations Executive will directly report to the Division President.

This role encompasses the oversight and management of the division's comprehensive operational activities, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving performance targets.

The Executive will be responsible for managing the departmental budget and monitoring monthly revenue and expenditures. This position plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment for all divisional team members, both onshore and offshore.

Additionally, the Executive is expected to work closely with the sales team to effectively allocate resources that meet the expectations of new clients.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this role will engage with all organizational levels and client partnerships.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must demonstrate strong communication and follow-up abilities, serving as the primary contact for management and staff. A solid foundation in analytical skills and operational evaluation is necessary to keep senior leadership informed. This role demands a high degree of independence and self-direction. Organizational skills are vital to ensure that performance and projects remain on track. Given the sensitive nature of discussions, confidentiality is paramount.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise daily operational activities for the division.
2. Achieve or surpass departmental performance, financial, and engagement objectives.
3. Serve as the primary liaison with key clients, overseeing all client meetings, outcome evaluations, and presentation materials.
4. Manage all associates and leaders, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
5. Prioritize and assign tasks, ensuring timely completion and analyzing weekly statistics and workflows.
6. Ensure that standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
7. Conduct annual performance evaluations for all direct reports.
8. Oversee audit and quality assurance processes.
9. Maintain monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) as required.
10. Ensure compliance with current HIPAA regulations and reporting any known compliance risks to the compliance team.
11. Assist in training new employees with ongoing monitoring and auditing.

EXPERIENCE:
3-4 years of managerial experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is required.
5-10 years of knowledge in various RCM functions is essential.
Experience in Behavioral Health is mandatory.

EDUCATION:
A college degree is required or equivalent experience in a healthcare or business-related field.
