JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Vice President of Operations at Coronis Health is responsible for directing and managing the operational aspects, client satisfaction, and performance metrics of the division.

This role reports directly to the Division President and is accountable for overseeing the department's financial performance, including budget management, monthly revenue, and expenses.

This pivotal position is essential in cultivating a constructive work environment among all team members, both domestic and international.

Collaboration with the sales team to secure essential resources for fulfilling client requirements is a significant component of this role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective engagement with internal stakeholders and client partners across all organizational levels.

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential qualifications for this position include exceptional communication and follow-up abilities, analytical skills, and the capacity to keep senior leadership informed.

A high degree of independence, autonomy, and organizational proficiency is necessary to ensure the division's performance and project timelines are met.

Confidentiality is also a critical requirement due to the sensitive nature of discussions involved.

DUTIES:
  • Manage daily operational activities for the division
  • Achieve or surpass departmental performance, financial, and engagement objectives
  • Engage directly with key clients and oversee all client meetings, outcome assessments, and presentation materials
  • Supervise team members and leaders to foster a positive and efficient work atmosphere
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks, ensuring timely completion, and analyze weekly statistics and workflow
  • Maintain precise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports
  • Oversee audit and quality assurance processes
  • Monitor monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards, reporting any risks to the compliance team
  • Train new hires and track ongoing development
Experience:
3-4 years of managerial experience in Revenue Cycle Management required.
5-10 years of knowledge in various Revenue Cycle Management functions required.
Experience in behavioral health is required.

Education:
A college degree is required or equivalent experience in healthcare or a business-related field.
