Job Title: Assistant Program Director

About the Job:
The Assistant Program Director will play a vital role in the supervision of daily operations at our opiate treatment program. As a leader, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of staff members and oversee the performance of the treatment center in key areas such as operations, staffing, training, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise staff members to ensure quality care and adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Schedule and direct staff members to meet the needs of the treatment center.
* Evaluate client progress and implement strategies for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accrediting agency regulations.

Requirements:
* A valid counseling license or certification (CADC II, nursing license, or bachelor's degree in a related field).
* Significant experience in substance abuse treatment services across diverse communities.
* Management experience with responsibility for operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.

Benefits:
* Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

About Us:
Springfield Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program focused on treating individuals suffering from addiction through Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and intensive one-on-one and group counseling. Our treatment center hours are Monday-Friday 5AM-3PM and rotating Saturdays 6AM-11AM.
