About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Manager to oversee our Lane County programs, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical services and treatment provision within assigned regions.

You will supervise Residential Therapists, document supervision activities, and may temporarily step into a Residential Therapist role in cases of vacancy or leave of absence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate competence in leadership, clinical expertise, clinical supervision, personnel management, and program evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment facilities
  • Oversee the delivery of clinical services and treatment provision within assigned regions
  • Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities
  • Temporarily step into a Residential Therapist role in cases of vacancy or leave of absence
Requirements
  • Must have a Master's degree in a mental health field (Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist strongly preferred)
  • Must have three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting; minimum one year of management/managerial experience is strongly preferred
  • If licensed, the ability to provide licensure supervision is preferred
  • Ability to understand and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and contribute to organizational goals in this area

Benefits
