Mental Health Treatment Program Manager

About the Role
ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our mental health treatment programs in Lane County, Oregon.
The successful candidate will oversee multiple programs, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment services for individuals unable to stand trial. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and supervision skills to manage program staff, assess performance, and ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide clinical leadership to multiple facilities and/or programs simultaneously
- Oversee clinical services, treatment provision, and documentation within assigned regions
- Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities
- Maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a mental health field (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist licensure preferred)
- Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
- Minimum one year of management/managerial experience strongly preferred

- Estimated salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
