Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Program Director to join our team at Springfield Treatment Center. As a leader in the substance abuse treatment industry, we offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Job Summary:
The Assistant Program Director will assist the Program Director in supervising the daily operations of the treatment center, including scheduling and directing staff members, evaluating client progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and direct staff members to ensure quality care and adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement strategies for improving client outcomes and overall treatment center performance.
* Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure effective communication and decision-making within the leadership team.

Requirements:
* A valid counseling license or certification (CADC II, nursing license, or bachelor's degree in a related field).
* Significant experience in substance abuse treatment services across diverse communities.
* Management experience with responsibility for operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and quality of care.

Our Company:
Springfield Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care to individuals struggling with addiction. Our treatment center hours are Monday-Friday 5AM-3PM and rotating Saturdays 6AM-11AM.
