About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Treatment Program Manager to oversee our clinical programs in Lane County. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure and Non-Secure Aid and Assist treatment facilities. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to supervise residential therapists and document supervision activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple clinical programs in Lane County, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Supervise residential therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care
  • Document supervision activities, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Masters degree in a mental health field; licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist preferred
  • Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting; minimum one year of management/managerial experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to provide licensure supervision if licensed
  • Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, with a commitment to carrying out organizational goals in this area

Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 yearly salary, depending on experience and qualifications
