Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from valued customers
  • Address and resolve product or service-related concerns, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate deliveries and dispatch service technicians or route representatives to customer sites
  • Process sales commissions and payroll for final review at our corporate office (Excel proficiency required)
  • Manage customer payments and maintain accurate customer records
  • Conduct collection calls and adjust financial accounts as necessary
  • Prepare and uphold compliance and regulatory reports (sales reports, month-end summaries, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong ethical standards (honesty and integrity are essential for this role and our organization)
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating patience and helpfulness with colleagues and external clients
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • Must be available to work on-site
  • Capability to work independently
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Experience in customer service and handling multi-line phones is advantageous
