We are seeking a highly skilled Master Machining Specialist to join our team at Qualified Staffing - Livonia. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures in a timely and effective manner, minimizing downtime and costs.

Complete work orders and requests to the highest standards of quality and accuracy, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Perform routine preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unexpected breakdowns.

Adhere to safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Requirements:

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields, with a strong background in mechanical systems and technical drawings.

Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment, including CNC machines, lathes, and grinders.

Excellent physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent lifting, bending, and standing.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
