Account Associate II Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment and billing discrepancies, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Analyze and prepare client invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agency management system data standards.
  • Monitor and process inbound enrollment and employee payroll files, following up with parties as necessary to ensure timely receipt.
  • Conduct audits on enrollment and payroll files to ensure accuracy of employee data, making recommendations to supervisors as needed.
  • Post and send accurate enrollment and payroll files daily to relevant parties, ensuring seamless data integrity.
  • Participate in new client implementation calls with the Implementation Team, providing expert guidance on benefits solutions.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two or more years of related work experience, with a preference for accounting and/or auditing experience.
  • Valid insurance license preferred, with a commitment to Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work within a team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
