Summary:

At EMCOR Group Inc., we are a multi-craft company that focuses on meeting the unique needs of our customers by providing multi-trades personnel. As a Multi-Craft Plumber, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems. This role requires cross-training in various trades, including millwrighting, pipefitting, welding, sheet metal, civil, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, install, and repair plumbing, water flow, and drainage systems in accordance with city, state, and federal plumbing codes.
  • Work with various materials, including copper, galvanized, soldering, stainless, and PVC pipe.
  • Install new hardware for faucets, showers, and toilets in commercial buildings and industrial facilities.
  • Develop additional skills in other crafts to meet customer needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No Supervision

Education and/or Experience:

High School diploma or related experience, and two years of experience in the trade.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
