As a Banker at Banner Bank, you will deliver an exceptional experience for clients, serving as the face of the Bank while processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will assist clients in reaching their financial objectives by actively promoting Bank products and services, both in-person and over the phone. Your role will require a commitment to personal reliability and punctuality, along with effective collaboration as a team member on all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding client service while processing transactions.
- Assist clients in achieving their financial goals through product referrals.
- Maintain a high level of personal reliability and punctuality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members on various assignments.
- Minimum of 3 months of relevant experience, including cash handling, client service, and sales.
- Previous experience as a Teller is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and basic proficiency in math, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer service.
- NOTE: Higher levels of experience may be considered for a more advanced role within the same position.
- Complete a straightforward application and respond to a few questions.
- Participate in a brief assessment to provide insight into your work style.
- Engage in a phone interview with the manager or recruiter.
- Attend an on-site interview with the manager and key team members.
- Receive an offer if it aligns with both your and Banner's expectations.
- Commence your career following a background check.
- Targeted starting hourly range (based on experience): $18+/hour
