Position Overview

The Lead Financial Counselor for Patients plays a crucial role in verifying insurance and assessing the financial obligations associated with recommended medical treatments. This includes, but is not limited to, therapies such as chemotherapy, radiation, and various supportive care services. The Lead Counselor provides guidance to patients regarding their insurance benefits, co-payments, and overall out-of-pocket expenses.
