Position Overview

The Lead Financial Counselor for Patients plays a crucial role in verifying insurance coverage and assessing the financial obligations associated with necessary medical treatments. This includes, but is not limited to, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, outpatient visits, integrated supportive care services, and other oncology-related therapies or services. The Lead Financial Counselor provides guidance to patients regarding their insurance benefits, co-payments, and out-of-pocket expenses.
