Role Objective:

As a Financial Planning Associate, you will deliver exceptional, client-focused service. This role involves collaborating closely with clients and financial advisors to develop financial strategies, facilitate transactions, and conduct investment analysis. There is potential for advancement into a Financial Advisor position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for client meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Revise and enhance clients' financial plans using analysis tools
  • Conduct thorough investment research
  • Participate in client meetings and document key discussions
  • Process trades based on directives from the Advisor

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional setting, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Possession of Series 7, Series 66, and WA Life & Health licenses or the ability to obtain them within six months of employment
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong collaborator and team player
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and independent problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with financial planning software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Commitment to high ethical standards and integrity

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $60,000-$74,000 annually, based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical insurance with a significant portion of premiums covered, dental insurance with partial premium coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
