Clinical Operations Supervisor
Shift: Full Time
Emory Healthcare is on the lookout for a dedicated Clinical Operations Supervisor who possesses extensive experience in patient care and a deep understanding of specific patient demographics.
- Oversees, organizes, and directs the daily functions of a designated section or division.
- Manages clinical personnel and enhances communication with physicians and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal patient and family-centered care.
- Recognized as a catalyst for change, consistently leading initiatives to improve organizational systems that align with the department's mission, vision, and values.
- Skilled in innovative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and collaborative efforts.
- Exhibits sound judgment, insight, and clinically informed risk-taking.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of two years of RN experience, including at least one year in a leadership role.
- A valid, active nursing license or temporary permit approved by the appropriate licensing board is mandatory for all nursing positions.
- Certification is preferred.
- BLS certification is required; ACLS certification may be necessary in specific departments.
