Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate all clinic operations to achieve and maintain clinical quality, financial viability, patient and visitor safety, and service excellence.
  • Supervise and manage the assigned Physician Practice and its employees, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and manage all practice services, including patient access, scheduling, pre-authorization, chart management, nursing care, and Joint Commission readiness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Prior Oncology or Infusion experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Three to five years of healthcare management experience and operational expertise, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
  • National Certification in Clinical Specialty.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare administration.
  • Knowledge of human resource management including supervision and staff development.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
  • Knowledge and understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
  • Exhibits skill set for effective leadership including communication expertise, disciplinary skills, and coping management through past experience for exhibited performance.
