Role Overview:
The Supervisory RN will be responsible for overseeing clients and caregivers within our designated service area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services delivered by our direct care team.
- Coordinate clinical services and guarantee that quality care is consistently provided to our clients.
- Conduct in-home evaluations of clients to assess their support and clinical requirements.
- Perform scheduled supervisory visits to clients' residences.
- Valid RN license in the State of Georgia or multistate license.
- A minimum of two (2) years of RN experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in home care is advantageous but not mandatory.
