Speech Language Pathologist Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for evaluating patients with communication disorders and developing tailored treatment plans to improve or restore function.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients using standardized assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve or restore communication function.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure in Speech Language Pathology.
- Certification in Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
