We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at ECHN. As a vital member of our healthcare family, you will play a critical role in enhancing the lives of our patients by providing evaluations and treatments to improve their speech and language functions.

About the Role

This challenging position requires a graduate of an accredited program in Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a Master's degree. You must hold a current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competency from ASHA.

The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as basic computer skills in Windows-based programs like Word, Outlook, and Excel. Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between multiple work sites are also essential.

As a Speech Language Pathologist at ECHN, you will:

  • Evaluate patients based on departmental standards.
  • Conduct and modify evaluations based on patient symptoms, level of activity, and medical status.
  • Treat patients with appropriate therapeutic techniques.
  • Administer physical agents and manual therapeutic techniques to attain established goals.
