Clinical Speech and Language Professional

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care, conducting thorough evaluations and developing effective treatment plans. You will work closely with patients and their families to ensure a positive experience, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. By prioritizing patient-centered care, you will contribute to ECHN's mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Treatment Techniques
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will utilize a range of evidence-based treatment techniques, including functional assessment, speech therapy, language intervention, and augmentative and alternative communication methods. Your expertise will enable you to select the most effective approaches for each patient, resulting in improved outcomes and enhanced quality of life.
Cross-Site Coverage
You may be required to provide cross-site coverage, traveling between multiple work sites to deliver services. This flexibility will enable you to expand your professional network, gain new experiences, and contribute to the success of ECHN's multidisciplinary teams.
Certification and Licensure
A Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S. and Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association are required for this position.
