Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Race Communications LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and preventative measures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing filters, lubricating equipment, and replacing light bulbs
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
  • Inspect equipment and building systems regularly to ensure proper functioning and report any issues to senior staff
  • Support the execution of preventative maintenance schedules to ensure all systems and equipment are operating efficiently
  • Assist in monitoring HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent breakdowns and maintain compliance with safety standards
Requirements
  • Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • A valid driver's license, subject to successful verification through a DMV check, is mandatory
  • 1-2 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities support, or a related field required
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems required
  • Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment required
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes required
  • Ability to travel up to 80% to multiple work sites, work overtime, weekends, holidays, or off hours as needed
