Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paramedic to join our team at DILLIGAS CORP. As a Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical services to patients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to cardiac and respiratory emergencies, perform cardiac monitoring and defibrillation, and maintain circulation to control bleeding and provide spinal management and immobilization.
  • Provide fluid resuscitation by IV and manage trauma injuries, bleeding, and post-traumatic shock.
  • Operate or utilize various emergency vehicles and equipment, including ambulances, extrication tools, and medical supplies.
  • Select the most efficient route to and from sites, taking into consideration traffic patterns and health facility locations.
  • Perform thorough safety and operator maintenance inspections and make minor repairs on emergency vehicles and medical equipment.
  • Ensure that vehicles are kept clean and neat.
  • Responsible for taking patients to and from medical areas and coordinating with patients and units.
  • Assist in lifting and carrying patients into or out of transport vehicles and into treatment facilities.
  • Provide a full range of EMT services within the MTF and supported geographical area.
Qualifications
  • Certificate from an accredited NREMT program.
  • Possess and maintain National Registered Paramedic from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Paramedics (NREMT-P).
  • 5 years as an EMT-P, NREMT-P, NRAEMT-P.
  • Certification in BASIC LIFE SUPPORT (BLS) at the time of application.
  • Certification in ADVANCED CARDIAC LIFE SUPPORT (ACLS).
  • Certification in PEDIATRIC ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT (PALS).
  • Ability to lift up to 125 lbs. in the regular performance of duties.
