Position Summary:

As a Community Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the property’s standards and achieving ownership goals. Your responsibilities will include enforcing management policies, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws, and supervising property staff and vendors to deliver exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property operations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Manage financial health by analyzing monthly statements and implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate maintenance and curb appeal initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely completion of all required documentation and compliance certifications.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and staff.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in property management.
  • Experience in affordable housing and compliance paperwork is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in property management software and technology.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Familiarity with specific property programs such as RD/Tax Credit.
