Position Summary:


We are in search of a driven and talented Culinary Team Leader to become part of our kitchen team. In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations and collaborate with a remarkable group of culinary experts in a fast-paced and energetic environment.

We seek an individual with a genuine passion for culinary arts, strong leadership capabilities, and the creativity to develop and execute innovative ideas.

As a Culinary Team Leader, you will have a proven track record as a cook while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Your responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the activities of our culinary team, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, and managing inventory and food costs effectively.

Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and implementing new menu offerings, as well as training and mentoring our culinary staff.


Overall, a solid understanding of cooking techniques in both a la carte and banquet environments is essential, along with the ability to perform tasks in both planned and troubleshooting scenarios, influencing the team's speed and accuracy while positively impacting the cleanliness, organization, and overall health of the kitchen.

Qualifications:
3 years of experience in the food and beverage sector

Six months to one year in a supervisory capacity

Knowledge of wine and fine dining is advantageous

Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable

Effective communication skills with the public and fellow team members
