POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Sales/Product Line Manager is tasked with fostering and sustaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role is crucial in building trust and providing support to potential customers, guiding them towards future sales opportunities. The position collaborates closely with Customer Service, General Managers, Purchasing, and Engineering Departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Promote and sell all products and services offered by Utex Industries, Inc.
- Engage in travel within the designated sales territory to connect with prospects and clients.
- Conduct daily outreach through calls and in-person meetings with customers.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both new and returning clients.
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify their product or service requirements; recommend suitable solutions.
- Educate clients on the financial and professional advantages of Utex products and services.
- Monitor industry competitors, emerging products, and market trends to better understand customer needs.
- Engage in prospecting, negotiating, and finalizing sales orders.
- Manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a network for identifying new sales leads.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; address any post-sale issues that may arise.
- Keep in touch with current and former customers, informing them of new products, services, and enhancements that may interest them.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales figures, lost business, and any relationship challenges with customers or vendors.
- Oversee pricing, product offerings, new product introductions, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Provide regular sales forecasts for the territory.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Accountable for driving sales growth within a specific territory, with a focus on expansion.
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of Utex products.

Required Education and Experience:
