Compensation: $19.50 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 11 PM
Education: Associate Degree or higher
Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Provide precise information regarding our offerings and services.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed and that they are satisfied with the assistance received.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, analytical, and computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in navigating personal computers and relevant business software.
Work Schedule: Must possess flexible availability to work Monday through Friday between 8 AM - 11 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM - 6 PM.
Work Environment: Hybrid arrangement with specified remote and in-office days.
