We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead our technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum methodology, business analysis, and data analytics projects.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  2. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into actionable tasks for the development team.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, challenges, and solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.
  6. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Perform business analysis activities, including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirement elicitation.
  9. Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential roadblocks are addressed proactively.
  10. Ensure projects adhere to Agile best practices, guiding the team in the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, with a focus on Data Analytics projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology and Agile practices.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, including requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Lorven Technologies offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
