We are seeking a highly skilled RFP Content/Technical Writer to join our team.
About the JobThis role requires exceptional writing, copyediting, and communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. As a Technical Content Specialist, you will develop and write content for RFP responses, proposals, and other technical documents in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and write content for RFP responses, proposals, and other technical documents
- Evaluate written content to ensure alignment with the company's messaging and tone
- Conduct thorough reviews and edits of proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate technical and strategic input into proposals
- Manage the proposal development process, including timelines, deliverables, and coordination with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field
- Exceptional writing, copyediting, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and learn new concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proposal management experience preferred

Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$100,000 depending on location and experience. Please note that this figure is an estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
