Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the kitchen and prepared foods department. As a Kitchen and Prepared Foods Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals, managing food production, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of culinary professionals
  • Manage food production, including menu planning, inventory control, and quality assurance
  • Ensure exceptional guest service, including maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a front-of-house and/or back-of-house restaurant management role
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
