About UGG

We're looking for a skilled Sales Lead with Keys to join our team at UGG, a division of Deckers Brands. As a Sales Lead, you'll be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Lead with Keys, you'll:

  • Provide personalized shopping experiences for our customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable and satisfying experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on all products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to engage with our customers and meet their needs.
  • Communicate the UGG brand's sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments to our customers.
  • Operate as part of a dynamic team, cooperating to achieve business goals.

Requirements

To be successful as a Sales Lead with Keys, you'll need:

  • Two years of retail store experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
  • Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
  • Excellent team building skills.

Additional Requirements

We're looking for someone with flexibility in their schedule and hours, physical ability to stand for extended periods, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.
