Account Executive, Direct Sales Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Direct Sales team at Dell. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers' organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
