Position Overview:
As our current VP/Controller prepares for retirement, we are seeking a qualified individual to step into this pivotal role. This position will allow you to lead the modernization of our accounting department while actively participating in strategic discussions as the company expands through mergers and acquisitions.

You will manage a team of 18 professionals responsible for all aspects of accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Audits, and local banking relationships, as well as overseeing the implementation of a new software system.

This role will require a hybrid work arrangement, with in-office presence required a couple of days each week.
