Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the health and safety of children, staff, and families, ensuring that each child's social and emotional developmental needs are met.
- Manage daily operations and strategic initiatives focused on infants, toddlers, and young pre-school children.
- Supervise and assist with staff scheduling, curriculum oversight, and classroom management while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain effective communication with senior leadership, staff, community members, and families.
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff, fostering high-performing and engaged teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field is required.
- A Master's degree in Early Childhood Development, Special Education, or Social Work is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood programs with leadership responsibilities is required.
- Familiarity with early childhood licensing requirements, Conscious Discipline, Creative Curriculum, Gold Online, CLASS, and NAEYC standards is essential.
- Strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with a commitment to service excellence.
