About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Atalian Servest. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of our facilities, managing staff rotas, and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms, as well as other ad-hoc areas.
  • Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits, and some HR duties.
  • Assist the team in providing a fantastic onsite service, working closely with customers and clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Previous experience as a Cleaning Manager or Supervisor is essential, with a proven track record of success in staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and be flexible with working hours and days.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
