Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and implement comprehensive training programs to educate field representatives on our endovascular therapies, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Conduct Needs Assessment and Analysis: Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them, ensuring that our sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the market.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product management, and sales teams to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Measure Training Effectiveness: Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the impact of training programs on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of endovascular therapies, industry trends, and best practices in sales training to ensure that our training programs remain relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of clinical and/or training experience in cardiovascular and/or endovascular therapy area, or equivalent sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to apply adult learning principles, and experience with project management and training development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud, with experience in developing presentation materials and training programs.
