The Director of National Sales for Life Sciences will be responsible for developing sales plans to achieve targets, performing lead generation activities with prospects and customers to qualify opportunities and sell Yoh services. They will deliver in-person and online presentations demonstrating the company's capabilities, credibility, and value proposition. The ideal candidate has a demonstrable track record of success selling large-scale staffing to MSPs and self-managed program sponsors.

The work you will be doing:

  • Achieve or exceed defined sales targets by developing sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Perform lead generation activities with prospects and customers to qualify opportunities and sell Yoh services.
  • Deliver in-person and online presentations demonstrating the company's capabilities, credibility, and value proposition.
  • Develop, refine, and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to grow the customer base.
  • Proven track record building relationships with MSP providers and self-managed program sponsors to sell large-scale staffing engagements.
  • Partner with the proposal team, gain closure on deals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales process, monthly reporting on sales forecast, pipeline, and sales activity.

Cultivate a deep knowledge of workforce solutions/staffing industry, understanding the trends and activities affecting customers, and disseminating and utilizing this knowledge within the organization and with potential customers.

What you need to bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years' outside sales experience.
  • Experience with enterprise-level account sales required.
  • Experience selling into MSPs.
