Highly Motivated Project Implementor

Job Summary
">This highly motivated role is responsible for leading technology projects in the Investor Center/Remote Office space, including project management, technology rollouts, and site openings. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, establishing milestones/schedules, maintaining/project status, and interpersonal skills.
The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent;
- Certifications: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus;
- Work Experience: 5+ years managing technology projects in the Financial Services industry;
- Interpersonal and Influencing Skills: Strong ability to work with virtual teams spanning multiple time zones;
- Technical Skills: Experienced in running technical projects, troubleshooting Windows-based desktops/laptops, OS X-based laptops, iOS devices, printers, headsets, displays, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules and assignments for multiple projects under minimal supervision;
- Oversee the health and success of Remote Offices programs/projects small to large;
- Create and maintain project plans to track projects/maintenance items;
- Run regular meetings with the team to review/prioritize maintenance items;
- Manage project scope effectively;
- Provide regular formal/informal updates to both technology/business management;
- Partner with sponsors within the technology/business units to manage positive relationships/open communication;
- Maintain project status by monitoring team activities;
- Communicate project plan information/objectives/deliverables to the team;
- Research innovative software/hardware solutions to improve management/maintenance of the environment;
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Win 10-11 based desktops/laptops, OS X-based laptops, iOS devices, printers, headsets/displays, etc.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
