Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze financial and business data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement data-driven recommendations for action
  • Coordinate and schedule multiple simultaneous projects and events
  • Lead and manage administrative aspects of calendar management, event planning, and travel scheduling
  • Act as a customer and associate liaison, providing guidance and support on policy clarification, procedural queries, and associate questions and concerns
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Associate's Degree or 1 year's retail experience AND 1 year's administration experience or 2 years' retail work experience
  • 1 year's experience handling and maintaining confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
  • Data Analysis
  • Experience managing calendar for 1 or more senior business leaders
  • General administrative experience supporting senior business leaders

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000.00-$100,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock.
