This role is vital in enriching the worship experience by guaranteeing flawless visual displays and live streaming capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ProPresenter Management

  • Utilize ProPresenter software during worship services, rehearsals, and special occasions.
  • Design and manage multimedia presentations, encompassing song lyrics, sermon visuals, and video content.
  • Ensure seamless transitions between slides and multimedia components.

2. Media Organization

  • Systematically organize and maintain media libraries, including worship songs, videos, images, and graphics.
  • Collaborate with worship leaders and pastors to ensure all media elements are prepared and integrated into ProPresenter.

3. Live Streaming Assistance

  • Support the live streaming of worship services and events utilizing ProPresenter.
  • Work in conjunction with the technical team to ensure audio and video synchronization.

4. Technical Support

  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to ProPresenter software and hardware.
  • Partner with the technical team to address connectivity and compatibility concerns.

5. Service Coordination

  • Participate in rehearsals and production meetings (as scheduled) to grasp the flow of each service or event.
  • Coordinate cues and transitions with the worship team and other production staff.

6. Data Backup and Security

  • Implement routine backups of ProPresenter data and media files.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data.

7. Training and Development

  • Provide training and support to volunteers or team members assisting with ProPresenter operations when necessary.
  • Stay informed about ProPresenter and all production software updates and improvements.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • This role primarily involves working during worship services, rehearsals, and special events.
  • May require prolonged periods of standing or sitting while operating computer equipment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with ProPresenter software or similar multimedia presentation tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
