Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish systems for associates' goals, document meeting minutes, and provide guidance on business development fundamentals.
  • Lead support systems, manage the procurement and upkeep of office equipment, document meeting minutes, and conduct follow-up calls for retention.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in operations and accounting within the real estate sector is essential.
  • Proficiency in using technology tools relevant to the industry is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with agents and team members.
