- Establish systems for associates' goals, document meeting minutes, and provide guidance on business development fundamentals.
- Lead support systems, manage the procurement and upkeep of office equipment, document meeting minutes, and conduct follow-up calls for retention.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in operations and accounting within the real estate sector is essential.
- Proficiency in using technology tools relevant to the industry is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building relationships with agents and team members.
