Sales Representative

Carter Lumber is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with product information, provide advice on project needs, and process transactions.
- Follow up on online customer quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, and support Outside Sales Representatives as needed.
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve overages/shortages to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Experience working in sales or customer service.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with building materials is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work as a team player and meet sales and profit goals.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days of employment.
