Key Responsibilities:
This position serves as a vital collaborator with the Strategic Finance team, overseeing a comprehensive Services Profit and Loss statement and sales expenditures while delivering strategic insights and analyses to foster business growth.
The individual in this role will be accountable for forecasting and managing both revenue and profit margins, acting as a strategic financial consultant to key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of financial planning, forecasting, sales finance, and reporting, complemented by strong business and strategic insight.
Essential Duties:
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for the entire Profit and Loss statement.
- Facilitate monthly forecasting discussions with sales, delivery, and regional leadership, and engage in presentations to the strategic finance team.
- Provide clear and concise communications to strategic finance leadership, including a succinct presentation of business outcomes, financial drivers, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with the strategic finance organization to perform analyses and generate strategic insights that inform business decisions.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and support quarterly business reviews and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all monthly and quarterly reporting requirements and submissions to Business, Finance, and Corporate FP&A.
- Supervise finance analysts who may be assisting various segments of the customer success finance organization.
- Support and influence cross-functional teams at various management levels.
